Very friendly and very helpful staff! As in reception as in kitchen. Any question you have, you get detailed answer. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. For breakfast, there is everything you need for the morning. We parked our car in Hotel underground Garage (also possible outside on a hotel parking front of the entrance), and then used only train, it's 5 minute walking from hotel to "Como Camerlata" station, and then 9 minute by train to the "Como Lago" station which is directly on a lake, ticket is only 1,5€ and easy to buy with machine on a station. Milan central station is 30 minutes from same station Como Camerlata and costs only 5€ (fast train goes from Platform 4-5, not 1-2, :) 4-5 are not visible from 1-2 you need to walk underground, so don't miss the train :). We have been there 5 nights, never used a car. If you don't necessarily have to stay in middle of the city center, then this hotel is very nice to stay, we would recommend this 100%.

I liked that it delivered what they promised in Booking.com. It was easy check-in in the night at 10.40 pm. Sweet Martina, Francesco ( I am not sure of his name), staff member who helped with our bags was so kindhearted and were the best as they were our contact points. Thanks for going an extra mile to help us guiding us. Rooms were super clean, fresh. Food was good. It is so worth for your money. Bus stops are right in front of the hotel.

Everything was smooth. There was a one big double bed and 1 single bed in the room. And there was a very big balcony in the room. If you plan to spend the night in a hotel, it would be a good place to sit outside at 30 degrees. The bathroom was clean. Finally, breakfast was enjoyable and cost-effective. We liked the breakfast diversity. There is also an underground garage just for hotel customers which is perfect.

Hotel Como was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our spacious room with a small closet space and an area to walk about near the foot of the bed. The bathroom was clean and included ample towels and soap. The skylight was a neat feature, we loved that there was air conditioning, and we appreciated the multiple light switches for diverse lighting options.

We stayed at the hotel whilst visitting family in the area, it was local and very close to the centro area so suited us completely. To say we were shocked at how good the Hotel was is the understatement of the year ...professional, friendly, helpful, informative but above all else it felt like family had welcomed us....sooooo friendly its unbelievable.... Breakfast was varied and fresh, reception was a breeze, and the rooms are very very clean and tidy, bed was uber comfy ...in short the whole thing was an experience we enjoyed thoroughly..

The hotel is great. free parking in front of hotel. A luxury. Hotel is very decent and affordable. minimalistic but it worked for us (family with a 4 year old). Checking in was "person"-less. Sent IDs via email...checkedin automatically via a screen and key access via 6 digit code. ultra modern :)

Lake Como was beautiful. Hotel was on a bus line. Supermarket 300mtrs away. Train station 350mtrs away. Balcony you could sit and eat on and get fresh air. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location, local free parking on-premises including garage parking for no extra cost. Garage is big enough to fit family minivan. Close by in ~5-7 mins walking distance there is a pub with huge variety of dishes and locally brewed beer! B&B have 10% discount.

The whole check-in/check-out experience was completely hassle-free, the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was freely available (even garage, in case you want it). Also the price was very affordable.
